How do I update the callbox?

The lofts has a callbox at the front door that your guests can use to reach you when they arrive. To update your phone number and name in the callbox, contact our management company with your name, phone, and unit number. When is the trash and recycling picked up?

The city picks up our trash and recycling on Thursdays.

When is our building cleaned?

The cleaning crew comes 3 times a week. They clean the floors and windows in our common areas and move our trash to dumpsters outside.

What can I leave in the Trash Room?

The building only has a contract for the removal of basic household trash and recycling. If you want to dispose or chemicals, furniture, appliances, or other large household items that won't fit in a dumpster, please do not leave them in our trash room. Where can I see our building's Rules and Regulations?

The Our Condominium Association page of this website lists all our building rules, regulations, and governing documents. Violation of the rules, regulations, or governing documents can result in fees which are discussed in our Enforcement Policy.

How are Association Dues Determined?

Association dues paid by owners are based on our yearly budget which is reviewed each year in our annual meeting for approval by vote of the owners. The dues for each unit are determined based on the budget and square footage of the unit.
